this whole gluten free thing is going really good, but im fucking starving .____.
im fine all day with tons of water, my protein shake in the morning, a small lunch and dinner. after the gym though…or just before i go to bed. my stomach is like screaming at me.
i seriously just want to go raid all the food in my house and eat everything bad but i know ill get really sick.
holy fuck my dad was making a sandwich and the smell of the sourdough bread.
